I like spinning classes, they are great for a good cardio workout, but this also means joining a gym which could be expensive. Try just doing regular workouts at home, you only need to do 25-30 minutes 3 times a week to start. Try something easy like walking or cycling, you can even do it on your lunch break. The hardest thing is getting started. I know, everything is difficult in the beggining. Another good source I found was my pet fat, somebody made a bundle off this stupid idea of selling a pet fat, it's plastic and looks gross, and is supposed to help curb your eating. It does actually work though. I carry on in my purse and it helps to remind me of when I'm making bad food choices. The idea may sound dumb but its the overall attitude of eating that we need to change in order to lose weight. Check out the site, it's kind of corny but it has some interesting info on it. Also keep talking to people, it helps to let people know you're trying, you need encouragement for this or any lifestyle chage. Good luck to you!!!!

The negative calorie diet (aka The Catabolic Diet) has been around since the 1930's.
The theory behind it is that certain foods require more calories to digest and metabolize, than their caloric value.
Based on that you can lose weight.
A web search for "Catabolic Diet" should provide information.

The downside is that this is a very restrictive diet in that it virtually eliminates meats. This will in turn inhibit the absorbtion of important vitamins and nutrients.

If you have unstable blood sugar, this diet will not help either.

Hi, well for one the negative calorie diet unlike most diets it dont work for everyone...but... what it is.....is you eat foods that burn calories while you eat it.... example... cerely.. apples... most of it is fruits and vegatables... there are about 6 different meats you can eat.it does limit alot you can eat..but the results are worth it( least they were for me)... if you interested there is websites on this diet.... as for the leptoprin i would take more but i'm having a few health problems and i by my mother and boyfreind was asked to to stop using them till i found out what is wrong.... after i found out i was planning on going back to them

what worked for me was becoming vegan. i went from about 250 to around 160 lbs (i'm 5'9) in a year and some change without being hungry or taking any diet pills or anything. i wasn't really even "dieting" (i.e. restricting and keeping track of calories, exercising, etc), just eliminated animal products and the weight just kind of came off until i reached a healthy weight for me. i feel great and have lots of energy and recommend it. it does involve a lifestyle change though. ( i think most successful diets do). i don't feel deprived or "miss" any of the animal products, because i just replace them with plant-based versions, but i'm sure it's harder for some to give them up than it was for me. anyway, it's an option! good luck whatever you decide to do.
