Just got off another veteran board I'am on and was informed that 2 more vets of the PGW have died.
One here in the states and another in England. To date out of the 40,000 english troops deployed 41 have died. Here at home alot more have died of ALS.
Recent medical information states that PGW vets 2/3 times to get ALS than our civilian couter parts or the none deployed. JUST THOUGHT I'D LET YOUALL NO.

Can you give me symptoms of ALS. My husband is a PGW Vet and has had muscle tremors and fatigue. His tremors are constant, currently mild but getting worse.

ALS is Lou Gehrigs disaence. The main symtons are muscle cramping, hypertonic or spastic muscles, joint pain and stiffness, painful pressure points, poor positioning this comes from the weaken muscles.

My Dad died with ALS. He was in WW2.I hadn't thought about a possible conection until I read you post.

With today being Father's Day too!

I guess he (we) were luckier than most. He was 65 when he died.
