Hi,

about one month ago I started noticing muscle twitches in almost all the muscles in my body. They would last three to five seconds and happen many times a day, sometimes every few minutes. I also woke up one morning with all my muscles very stiff and painful. Is this a symptom, or are there more specific ones? Im 14.
