I woke up today with a dull achy pain at the top (in the front) of my eyes just below my eyebrows (more prominent in my left eye) that gets worse when I look in any direction. My eyes are not red or swollen but I have had a headache for a few days. The headache seems to be gone today though.
I cannot get in to see my doctor until next week so I was wondering if anyone would know what might be causing this.

It does sound similar. :) I noticed that the pain has kind of subsided tonight. I went to an eye doc and he said he had never heard of this before, but checked me out anyway. He said everything was fine with my eyes and that I may be over tired (which I always am!) Or having some kind of muscle spasm.
Hmmmm, I'm gonna give it a couple of days to see how it goes.

for you it's in both of your eyes right?

It started that way. Now it is just my left eye. But not so bad today. Maybe eye strain?

could be.... mine is getting better by the day.....

mine is kind of letting up. It seems to come and go. I have noticed that it gets worse when I am stressed out. Maybe that is when I pay the most attention to it. *shrug*
