Hi everyone, i was wondering if anyone had ANY suggestions for me. I have head a consant headache for four years now and they're getting worse. I have been EVERYWHERE and tried EVERYTHING i can think of. If anyone has ANY suggestions at all id greatly appreacitate it..thanks

Well, w/o knowing "where" you've been or "what" you've tried it would be pretty hard giving suggestions.
You know........been there done that! :D

Had h.a. for 4 years...went to EVERYONE!! Recently found out it was a displaced atlas or (C 1). Had to diagnose for some reason or another. I had a lot of facial pain with this and basically a continuous, awlful tension-type headache. Almost went crazy!!!
Please check this out...it was sooo painful, yet not too hard to fix...manually manipulation by mt p.t. ( who also had this thing for 10 yrs). I'm doing well. Occasionally it acts up and needs to be replaced only because it was so used to being "out" for so long!!! Good luck!!! Let me know if u have ?'s!!
