Is there something to be worried about if when you look at something and you see a flash of a colored spot like purple? If you ever have had a perepheral vision check when you look into that machine and have different colored spots flash, well it is just like that. I do have retnial problems and optic nerve atrophy and was just wondering as it is a new thing and don't want to call doc for something so little.

Something so little could be something really big and your vision could suffer. Better to see the doctor and find out for sure what is going on than waiting too late.
