Any kind of defeciancy may cause all kinds of weird symptoms. If symptoms worsen, get checked out. Your worth it....l

Yes, I agree with that. I believe that all kinds of crazy things can happen to you when you have a vitamin defeciancy. I am not sure about specifically B12 and ALS. I have not ever looked into that.
