Hi Subs, It's very encouraging that you are back to 100% and there are no signs of anything different.....I notice that you talk alot about VRT exercises and I understand you did them for quite some time...I was curious if those are some exercises I can get off the internet or if there's some way I can get hold of them?....

Would you say that the exercises were the #1 contributor to your recovery?....How long did you do them for and did you ever take any prescriptions along the way?....I dont wanna do the 20 questions Im just curious obviously because Im more than ready for a full recovery myself if you know what I mean...(10 months now)....thankyou for your time and hope to hear back from you. Hi

Yep still at 100%(knock on wood)

There are a number of VRT web sites---just search on VRT

I did the eye exercises that Vicki posted about this week and the Naval Aviator exercises I posted on this BBS---they are located at:

..."10 months..." will not be long now---in the home stretch
