Can someone please tell me what cold/flu meds are OK to take with Synthroid.

Not sure exactly what you could take, except definitely stay away from any cold meds that contain salicylate compounds (aspirin), or any sympathomimetic agents such as epinephrine or pseudoephedrine. Double check with your doctor about other ingredients that might be a problem. Those two I'm sure about.
