ONe of my friends swear by it and another one ended up worse, it all is a matter of genetic either way you look at it, research has been looking into this for along time right along with heart disease etc, your genes play a role in everything and that is right up there with the immune system. Just find something that will ease the symptoms be it herbal or whatever, they are all the same, most conventional meds are derived from herbs anyway.
