Having endured frequent cluster headaches Excedrin migraine tablets really work.
Whenever my temporal lobes tighten up like a spring I take one or two tablets. No it doesn't work right away but it does give me results.
Implementing a natural remedy in addition to the Excedrin has for the most part produced migraine free results.
The migraines, I experience, sometimes last 8 hrs. Nausea and severe headaches. Very tired for a few days afterwards.
So now I use the two methods in combination, paying attention to the warning signs, and it has really worked.

I am happy that you have found something that works for you. Thanks for sharring with us. I have tried that for my cluster headaches and migraines and it does nothing for me. I am suprised that it works for you. You are very lucky and blessed. Most people need daily perscription meds to combat these two types of headaches.

It is fortunate to have these two types of headaches. When these do occur they really pack a wallop.
Having had this experience I can only imagine just how awful it would be to have these daily. My case is somewhat a milder form.
Hopefully I will be able to control this on my own. So far it has been.

The homeopathic remedy I use has various herbs that promote a quieting effect on the nervous system, favorably influences conditions of headaches,
anxiety and dizziness. This remedy also promotes sleep.
There are also other herbs in this remedy that help with ADD/ADHD which I believe might be associated with my cluster headaches. FDA approved for lab testing purposes.
Various dilution factors from 3x to 8x with the herbs used.
This remedy hasn't cured anything. It does help to control my migraines.
Was the person that recommended
Mygrafew at the health food store an herbalist? If so it is probably a good recommendation.
