The honest answer. . .no. There will be some kind of side effects with almost anything you take. Although some peoples experiences will differ. Some may not even feel the side effects. Also, it depends on what you are using the diet pill for. Are you going to actually exercise while taking the pill? If so, many of the side effects go away in a couple of days. Some side effects may include headaches, muscle pain or soreness, high blood pressure(which is common with most diet pills but stabilizes quickly), fatigue and the list can go on. But like I said before most of these side effects go away in a couple of days. Your body needs to adjust to them.
I recommend these diet pills as a start for your wieght management program(they are all ephedra free) -
Muscle Tech Hydroxycut Epherdra Free
Nutra Sport Zoller Labs Zantrex-3
Cytodyne Xenadrine EFX Ephedra Free
Pro Lab Metabolic Thyrolean
SciFit TriCuts III
SportPharma Thermadrene XP
Most of these contain similar or exact ingredients

Yes, for me anyway. I started TrimSpa without Ephedra two days ago. I just weighed myself and have lost 3 pounds! I do not feel jittery, grumpy, jumpy, or spacey. Believe me I've tried a lot of diet pills. Metabolife was the worst for heart pumping and jitters. Dexetrim was also a jittery one for me.

Hello everyone!
I have a question for "sawbuck" ... It sounds like you're doing great on the TrimSpa! What other pills have you taken aside from Metabolife and Dexatrim?
I'm through with ephedra, although I must admit that it is a very powerful ingredient, but it's just not worth the side effects in the long run. I think my body has become immune to it and I no longer respond to anything with ephedra in it ... but I'm afraid that I've stopped responding to EVERYTHING! I tried Zantrex3 and all I got was an upset stomach ... I tried something called MeltRx 24 Ultra and it did absolutely NOTHING! Neither of these contain ephedra so I'm worried that after taking so much ephedra that I won't respond to anything! I'm trying to see if there's anyone out there that also has "ephedra overload" but is still responding to an ephedra~free product!
I'd appreciate any feedback from anyone that has taken ephedra~based products before and have had success with ephedra~free products afterwards!
THANK YOU!

I've just stopped taking CortiSlim after 3 months with no weight loss. Others have been the apple cider pills (could not drink apple cider - yuck! even watered down), chromium, cla, if I think of any more, I'll post them!
