lately i have trouble breathing and i have to take really deep breaths more often... i went to the doctor and i got treated for a sinus infection and i got off the medicine 4 days ago i was wondering if this is worth going back for. im still a bit stuffed up and dizzy so i dunno. im wondering what this Could be.

Sinus infection? I thought with sinus infections you would have pain in your sinuses...headache. I just had one and was treated with antibiotics as well. My doc told me sinus infections will really knock you out...meaning they will make you tired and even dizzy. I never had shortness of breath with it. I would go back to the doctor and see. But I was off my antibiotics a few days ago too and I am still stuffed up a bit...but no more sinus pain so I assume it's all gone. Have you tried a hot bath or a humidifier or facial sauna to drain your stuffed up nose? How about nasal spray? My doc recommended these both.
