Hi, I'm 34 year old male with polycythemia (so far). I am having problems stabilizing my blood pressure / pulse. I have suffered from polycythemia for nearly 4 years and this past 1.5 years has been a terrible ride for me. I've noticed that I'm in kind of a cycle - seems like every 3 months or so I would get some kind of heavy symptoms - low blood pressure which leads to fatigue and dizziness (was in ER last Friday due to extreme dizziness and my BP went as high as 150/90).

I try to exercise at least 45 minutes 3-4 times a day when I feel good, but only to see my system collapsing every few months. My normal BP is about 115/80 area, but recently been hovering around 100/70 and been around 90/60 just last week (before my ER visit). My pulse also been up and down from normal levels to 90s area while resting.

My doctor said nothing wrong with my heart and prescribed me to Herbesser 100, but read it that this is for hypertension which I do not have.

I'm totally confused about my health. One, I have polycythemia to take care of, and another about my vascular symptoms.

Anyone have any clues? Very much appreciate it. Thank you.
