I got constant gas. and I don't know the cause. Is gas diet related? how do I stop it?

Certain foods can cause gas: vegetables like cabbage, legumes, also hot spices, high fibre foods (if you increased fibre in your diet suddenly), fizzy drinks. We also swallow some air while eating which also cause gas. You should not talk while eating or eat in rush.
Garlic, ginger, caraway pu-erh tea, carbon are helpful to reduce gas.
