Has anyone tried using far infrared products? It has really helped my fibro. Noninvasive products seem to help me more than any medications. My husband has had really good luck using cetyl myristoleate for his ankylosing spondylosis.

Hi louky, curiosity here. I have both of the Dx you list. I have never heard of far ifrared products. Could you be more specific, i.e. what is in these products?
Thanks,

Copper, the far infrared is non invasive products that are made out of ceramic fibers. I use a comforter, socks, joint wraps. It reflects the body heat back into the body which balances the body chemistry. It has a breathability and releases the excess heat. It is super for sun burns. Sounds crazy doesn't it? My kids really like using it too. You are going to start seeing more of this. Take care. louky

Hi louky, thanks for the info! I currently use joint wraps that sound as though they work on the same principle, but didn't know about the ceramic fiber aspect. Sunburn? wow! that's pretty neat. Kind of like the old adage "fight fire with fire", huh?
thanks, again http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/biggrin.gif
