is arthritis related to lymph node swelling?

It turned out to be a reactive node, probably from my arthritis. I will be seeing the ortho. next week, but I'd like to be as educated as possible before I go. Also, any info regarding what is in store for the long term. I am in so much pain right now--will streching excersises help or hurt? Also, is it hereditary or could it have been caused by a fall? Any info. greatly appreciated. Lorie |
