My husband was driving me nuts. He'd cough every 30
seconds (non smoker)for 4 months. Doc said it was post nasal drip.
Well, I read a lot and bought ROYAL BEE JELLY GELCAPS
and you only take ONE DAILY. In five days it stopped!!
A miracle!! The freeze dried or dried caps are much
cheaper so I've ordered 2 jars of them. Binkie

I smoke also , trying to give up and also have a cough and so does my husband! Royal Jelly is this right and I have also heard of some dangers associated with one type or something like this that is related. Does your husbands doc know I would check just in case.

I'm not sure if I understood your question. But I'll try: he's a NON smoker. If someone, and I repeat IF someone has lung irritation or worse, damage, from cigarette tar, I would ASSUME Royal Bee Jelly would make no difference for those problems. My husband simply has post nasal drip.
ANY bee products should be avoided by anyone ALLERGIC to bee stings. Or at the very least should be used with extreme caution with the smallest amount possible. binkie
Another good remedy for chronic coughing:
Chop up a bit of fresh ginger root (about a tablespoon) and place in a mug
Pour boiling water on it to make a tea
Add a spoon or two of raw honey
Cover and steep
Add as much cayenne pepper as you can stand and a bit of lemon juice.
My husband, a non-smoker, had a cough that kept him from sleeping well for nearly 3 months. An elderly friend made this up for him and he slept like a babe.
