this exercise tape looks easy you think you can have good results?

I do 2 videos 5 days a week, either the 2, 3 or 4 mile during the day and a one mile in the evening .. I have lost 107 using them o course along with changing my eating habits. They are not tiring and they are a great workout, I have three sets of them .. original with weights (I use 3LB weights instead of 2 pounds), the set for abs and the express set including the 4 mile, I highly recommend them to anyone wanting a good workout without the huffing and puffing but you still sweat like mad ;)
