Oh goodgrief, nevermind haha, the redness just went away! Thank God! I will remember to dilute it with water next time!........ So anyway, does anyone use apple cider vinegar on their face or scalp, and have any tips about it? thanks :)

Thanks, that's real encouraging to hear about the apple cider vinegar working so well for you. I've read a bit about it and heard that it does work for seborrhea and a bunch of other problems, I'm definitely going to keep using it! Thanks a lot. :)

I've been using apple cider vineger for years. It certainly does help with skin and scalp conditions. Sometimes I just pour some in my bath water while other times I can spray myself down with a diluted bottle of it. Definitely a staple for me ;)

I use Listerine for my dandruff and it works very well. I just dump a few capfulls of it over my head and rub it into my scalp after I am finished washing my hair. Then I try to let it sit in for a few minutes while I soap up or shave. Then I rinse it out. It really helps with the flakes.
What does vinegar do for your face? And how how exactly do you use it?
