I'm on Acyclovir(800mg daily) for preventing herpes outbreaks and was wondering if it can make your hIV test show a false negative or delay seroconversion where it may take longer to become positive?

No, acyclovir will not affect seroconversion time or show false negatives. It has been only documented that either being infected with Hepatitis C, or starting PEP (Post exposure prophylaxis, or HIV-specific protease inhibitors), may affect the seroconversion process. Not acyclovir, though.
