These problems started a few weeks ago. At first I started having bad gas and stomach pain, I went to the doctors and they said I might be constipated and told me to take Colace and Milk of Magnesia and I took alot of those. That really didn't help so I started to take ALOT of Gas-X, 4-5 pills a day, and for a while that worked. But then the gas seemed to go away but then I started to smell like feces and even though I can't smell it most of the time other people can and its embarrasing. Also I can't seem to tell when I have to poop I can go all day without making a BM but then sit on the toilet and push out poop and when I do it sometimes feels like I don't get it all out. Also I keep getting a clamy or sweaty feeling between my buttocks. Right now I'm taking Acidophilus to see if that helps. If anyone could help please do. THX!

Yeah it does sound like constipation problems. Incomplete Evacuation is a sign of constipation. Fiber might work better. What does your diet consisit of? The smell thing, I'm stumped on that I haven't a clue.

Usually a smely stool is caused by putrification bacteria. Eating yogurt will help re-balance the friendly bacteria in your GI tract.
Too much sugar or too much salt can at times cause a problem by messing up digestion.
I am a big believer in taking a water soluble fiber supplement like Metamucil -- I use the Equate brand from Wal Mart -- it works well and it's cheaper!! Just make sure you start off slow and drink enough water with each dose. It will cause gas until your body gets use to it.
It's safe and will regulate you!!

But why can't I tell when I have to poop? Could it be nerve damage or something? Also is it possible to release gas without farting? I think I might have gas without knowing it and thats causing the smell.
