I have had constant headaches and some eye irritation on my left side for a few years now. I have had just about every test possible. MRI's ENT doctors, and recently a spinal tap. Everything seem's to come back normal but I suffer from this everyday. I recently seen an eye specialist,(optic nerve is fine) ,plus a neurologist even been allergy tested and they find nothing. It is so easy to tell my symptoms because my right side is normal. Sometimes it's more intense than others but I get alot of pressure underneath my left eye. I also get some dizziness behind the eye. I hate to keep going to the doctor because of the way they are starting to treat and look at me. I recently started seeing a Chiropractor, and that has not seemed to help yet. I am extremely worried because it seem's to be getting worse. Can anyone please help ? Thanks.

Can you describe your eye irritation more? Is it red, droopy, watery, pain and pressure behind it? If yes you could have cluster headaches. This is called Hortons syndrome that associates with the cluster headaches. Some people get all these symptoms. Me my eye just waters an awful lot. I don't know of any other headache type that has eye irritation with it.
