This question is not completely related to the flu, but one of the symptoms.

A few months ago I had a bad case of the flu, and my fever spiked to about 105.9, probably because I took a very hot shower and then bundled up in heavy blankets afterwards.

During the high fever, my appendages felt numb and "tingly", and my muscles in my hands and feet contracted that I couldnt move them too much.

Does anyone happen to know what this was?
