i don't know what to do with my dry skin on my face and all over my hands.Ever since i moved to DC i've been having really dry skin.I use to put Sheabutter cream on my hands when i lived in Tucson,AZ.I bought in in the really nice Gadabout salon and spa.I can't find the same stuff anywhere,it is african sheabutter.I don't know what else to use,i spent so much money on every lotion that promises smooth nice hands.I lived in Arizona in the dessert for a year and didn't have any problems. Please any adivce is welcome.I was on Accutane and had rhinoplasty,i know that is one of the reasons i'm having dry and flaky skin.Anyone help
