Hi first time posting anything. Tho I read a lot on the boards. I looked all over but still have some ?. Ok first of all in the passed 1-2 years I have had gas a lot of gas. In the pass 6 months I have been having bad pains with this gas. It was about 1 time a month. Now it is a every other day. ( this pain is like fall over and cry ) My normal bowel movement is like every 2 days. Now it is at least 2-3 times a day. Sometimes after I eat I got to go. The past couple of day I get sick after I eat. So I can't eat a lot. I also get full fast. I have lost 6 lbs in 2 days. Which is a good thing. Does anyone know what this could be?

Thanks,
Kenzie

It sounds like your gastointestinal tract bacteria is out of balance and needs to be rebalanced with friendly intestinal bacteria. You can eat yogurt and take a probiotic supplement several time daily to re-estabish the good bacteria.

There are also several Good sites about controlling GAS in the "Informational Archive" thread at the top of the Bowel board-- just look and you'll find it.

If after reading the information you have any specific questions--- write a message back on this thread. Someone will answer it.

God Bless---Harry

The better probiotic supplement are kept under refrigeration at a health food store. I use PB-8 and Primadophilus--Reuteri is also GOOD.
