View Full Version : sore throat, cough, no voice

For about the last month and a half I have started having my voice disapear from straining it. Then I got a bad flu and at the end my throat started to hurt ALOT!!!!! Now my throat hurts and my voice keeps getting strained. Any ideas as to what this may be??? Or how to cure it?

I've had some sort of virus twice in the last three weeks that caused a severe sore throat and cold symptoms, but no fever. I think time and bed rest are the best way to cure it. If you're having lingering symptoms over a long period of time or if you have a fever, you should go see your PCP.
