Hi to all I am sure that I am in the same boat as ever one. Tired of being tired all the time no energy to do anything.Get board and depressed. I am wondering if it is like this for everone here as far as the feeling depress along more that this time of year. I have family and we are very close we do have our moments as all families do. I go back to the doctor after the first of the year and I am hoping that he can come up with some answers soon as I try to tell him three weeks ago that I was not feeling right and he did order
lab work and said that I still needed time to get over the surgery from having my thyroid taken out. Cannot get ride of this back pain that is driving me total crazy and that is something else that I am going to talk to him about. Dose anyone else suffer with pain with this. If I could screem to take away the pain I would.
Want to wish ever one a safe and happy holiday
MERRY CHRISTMAS

:nono: I certainly understand where you are coming from. I am tired all the time too. I just don't know what else to do besides to force myself to do better. I wish I knew how to fix this. I hear diet and exercise are a good start. Heck, I am too tired to exercise.

It is good to be able to talk to others that understand how you feel. I do try and do as much as I can each day I do push my self each day and do a lot. I do eat pretty healthy vegetables little meat seafood and chicken. I go to the doctor after the first of the year and will see what he has to say about my lab work. Feels like I am coming down with that mess that has been going around.
Hope to chat with you again soon.
HAPPY NEW YEAR

I have heard that the oils contained in fish can help with general fatigue - does anyone know more about this? I am not fond of seafood, so do not really eat fish. I have considered getting a supplement, but I don't have a lot of imformation and would like to know more before I spend $ on another supplement. Hope everyone feels a bit more engery

Hi MissyPrincess,
I know what you mean. The doctor told me tonite that I need to excercise to get me back on my feet. I am so tired all the time and I also found out that I carry the antibodies of EBV and they can become active again at any time. I also deal with this CFS and Fibromyalgia. I am a walking mess latley and I am so sick of doctors. Take this, no take this, no take that and this....I wish they would make up my mind and make me feel better.
I was told to day to apply for SSD but hate the thought of that. I am to start PT for the Fibromyalgia this week and I dread that. I mean I have to pay a co-pay each time and I am not working and my poor husband is going nuts trying to figure out how to pay my medical bills now let alone after they start piling up again. It is a never ending vicious circle.

Might not hurt to see if thyroid tests have been included in the lab values and see what the results are.
Hope you feel better soon. I felt much better once my thyroid was "fixed."
