I am going to try my best to get in the best shape of my life come the New Year. And by "Shape" I mean more health -- both mind and body. For starters I am going to committ to going to the acupuncturist at least twice monthly as I found it keeps stress at bay and keeps my hormones in check. I am going to make it to yoga at least once weekly and get moving with walks, etc the other days of the week.
I'd also like to work on my diet and start juicing. My Parents gave me a juicer for my birthdaa two years ago and it still sits unused. Whats a good resource for learning about jucing?? And who has some other good books/references for eating healthfully, organically and well?
