What are these? My son and hubby both have them on the backs of their arms and some on my son's cheeks. They are hard to see but you can feel them better. Son is 9.

Anyway to get rid of them?

Sounds like milia. Are the sort of hard? Like, not easy to squeeze or pop? Milia are small bumps common on the face. Go a google search on it and there is plenty of info

Also, it could be Psorisis. I have been getting those bumps on my arms and legs for as long as I can remember. The DR. Dx'd it as Psorisis when I was 10. Psorisis also tends to be heriditary (sp?) so that could be why both your son and husband has it, if it does indeed turn out to be Psorisis.
