Does any one know of a way to make your hair grow faster? I've heard that if you braid your hair it helps but i'm not sure if it really works, i've tried it and I see no improvement.

Unfortunately hair grows about a half inch a month. Some peoples grow slower some grow faster. Just keep it healthy so it looks nice and doesn't break off. I do feel that healthy diet does make hair and skin look better though.

A little psychological trick that i've played on myself to make my hair feel like it's growing faster-- wearing it up, in braids, or pulled back for a week. I wear my hair down so often that i'm not able to notice it growing out. When i wear it up for a while then wear it down again, it seems longer. In reality, it's only grown about an 1/8 of an inch if i've been wearing it up for a week, but it somehow seems significant.
