Hello, I'm a big fan of herbal medicine. I have depression and anxiety and often find myself fatigued. I take standardized Korean Ginseng daily and it definitely helps with energy but it can also get me agitated, which only leads to more fatigue. I have been experimenting with other "energy" herbs to supplement the Ginseng for about the past year. Siberian Ginseng (standardized) didn't seem to help, even after taking it for a month. I then used Maca for a few months and would stop taking it for a week or two to see if there was any difference. I don't think Maca really helped either. I thought it did, however it may have been because I switched to a more potent brand of Ginseng. I was just wondering if anyone else has any experience with any of these herbs........ Gary

It is good to just take the time to know & understand your herbs. Rotate and note changes. Also consider a synergistic herb complex. A combination will have a holistic instead of narrow effect common to only one herb. Here is a small list off the top of my head.

Ginsing
Maca?
Ginger
Sarsaparilla
Coffee
Cola Nut
Ephedra
Foti
Coca
Horny Goat Weed
Astragalus

Sometimes it is better to try and get hold of the herbs in tincture form. If you get the tincture form, then you can mix your own tincture with the herbs that you want and I think you would want to take about 10 to 20 drops in water 3 times daily.

I think that it is highly unlikely that you will find one tablet or capsule with a whole mix of herbs in. Not possible and quite possibly dangerous, but I am not sure?
