It is supposed to be good for your circulation. I take
30 mg of Q-Gel every day. I think it is helping me with my running. I seem to have more oxygen.

The Q-Gel is more absorbable.

I take it, because, the medicine I take for my cholesterol supposedly depletes coq10 from your body. So I take it just to be on the safe side, untill I hear more about it. I take 60 mgs. a day. It's supposed to be essential for good heart health also. Another thing, I've noticed when I cut back to 30 mg. my energy level seems to decline, so I always go back to the 60 mg. Guess you'll just have to research it and see if you think it may be worth your while. It's kinda pricey as well. Buck.

It's also good for brain cell function. It's a core component of a protocol used by a neurologist in Florida for Parkinson's and Alzheimer's.

Every muscle in the body MUST have it to function ! So many of the things we are exposed to this day, depletes it, and thus, taking supplements is the way to go. Drugs that are prescribed everyday actually stops the bodys production of CoQ10. I personally take 90 mgs. a day, but would take 300, if I could afford it.

I take 200 a day and it totally cured my gum problems in a month. It's great stuff. A dentist recommended it to me.

I have been taking 50mg for about 2 weeks and have noticed stomach cramps and loose stools. Has anyone had these side effects? On the plus side I have noticed a great improvement in my muscle pain. I'm a statin user and needed some relief.
