I'm new here and I hope someone can tell me what this might be.I haven't gone to a Dr. yet.
A year ago I started having my knee hurt for no reason,like when I would be in a store,I couldn't put any pressure on it for a little while.Then it would be ok till about a week later it happened again.When I bent my knee it would sould like paper being waded up and feel like it was full of sand or something when I put my hand on it,like a grinding like sound.Then it started here in the last few months in my other knee and when I first get up in the morning I can't hardly walk,my feet,ankles, and legs are so sore.It feels like when I used to work out and the second day when I was so sore.After I sit for a long time I have trouble walking.After a while I'm ok but I can't do the things I used to.
I'm sure I'm not explaining this very well but any help would be great!
I'm 51,in good health and about 20lbs over weight.
Any idea what this might be?

Hi, Beverly! Im so sorry to hear that you are hurting. From what you've mentioned, it does sound like you might be experiencing some arthritis of some sort. Although Im not a doctor so I would urge you to seek your out so he/she can help ease your pain. Have you tried anything over-the-counter?
