I was wondering how you get that soft curly look near the bottom half of your hair Hilary duff has it sometimes and so does Britany Spears.

buy a good curler and curl the bottom half of your hair then spray it with hairspray or something

Sometimes it will work if you put your hair in a bun when it's wet or sorta wet at the bottom. It comes out more wavy than curly but i guess you could touch it up with a curling iron. Then spray it with soft hold hairspray. I did it a few days ago for a date and it came out really pretty.

I have used a hot air curling brush to get that effect. You can find them for around $10 at walmart.
