Hi all! Has anyone experienced hemorrhoidal bleeding? Will it go away after a few days? What can I do to stop it? I have had internal hemorrhoids on and off, but they rarely bleed. Yesterday during my bowel movement and today also, I noticed my stool was hard and that there was a drop or two of bright red blood on the tissue paper. I was straining also. I have had this before about a year ago, but seeing it again scared me a little. I am using Anusol supporitories and taking Metamucil. What else can I do? Hope to hear from all!

Make sure you NEVER but NEVER allow your stool to get hard.
Drink enough water along with Metamucil to make sure you get a soft BM without straining daily. It works for Me.

I would like to give you a great tasting formula that works for my family, friends and I to combat internal hemorroid and constipation :
You would need a blender for a starter:
1 teaspoon of smooth texture metamucil (soluble fiber supplement) powder, 1 banana, 1 to 2 apples sliced, maybe some Orange Juice or
pineapples. Fill with water till all fruit contant submerges under. Blend content to liquid form and drink the entire content in the morning or at night. Note, the best result is seen if taken before or after a meal in order to mix in well with the constipation causing food that you eat.
Good luck, I'm confident that if you follow this healthly soluble fiber
fruit smoothe, you won't have hard stool or internal hemorroid flareup anymore.
