My brother says I have an extremely abnormal body shape. My waist size is 31 inch and my tummy bulges below my belly button and is 35 inches there, and goes for two inches and then returns to normal size.

I'm a 16 year old male. I drink 2 glasses of water a day, I eat fries 3x a week usually and I walk for 20 mins each Monday-Friday. How can I return my shape to normal and maybe trim by buttocks too?

I have a set of dumbells. What excercises and changes do I need to make to lose 4 inches, how long will it take, and is there a set of exercises I can do at home instead of running or going to the gym.

Any help would be appreciated.

First of all I hope that's not all your eating and secondly you need to get on a workout routine. A nice ab workout each day would help. Plus using ht dumbells to tone up you entire body would do wonders for you.

Check out this website.

Abcbodybuilding (www.Abcbodybuilding.com)

Look through the exercises section and develop a routine. You can even post in the training forum. Tell them the equipment you have, all your vital info (Age, sex, weight, measurements), and then ask them to help you develop a workout routine.

I read on that site that it is no good doing ab workouts when they are covered by fat, you need to get rid of the fat first more effieiently.

Is my body shape abnormal, and what was the quickest way you lost fat?
