Hi I have been cracking my fingers for some time now (as in: pulling them, bending them, and twisting them in different ways. couldnt stop doing it. anyway, after 7 years of cracking my fingers they have began to hurt a lot. It hurts when I bend them, Its harder for me to bend them, and it just isnt right. I'm guessing I might have arthritis in my fingers but I dont know...what do you guys think?

Sounds like it could be Smallpackage. I would suggest that you talk to your doctor to be sure. I have had so many blood test done for it and they all come back negative yet a Rheumotologist and Family Doc both said I have it. It is not fun. Keep the hands warm and stop cracking and twisting them. Good Luck, Joyshow
