Upsetting the normal hormonal balance to try to grow breasts is unwise.

You can read about Saw Palmetto. I don't know anything more about it, other than what I had read many years ago. It's good for men with prostate problems - and apparently also for women for breast size. I have no idea whether it's good or safe - but I thought I would pass it on - for you to check out.

I'm taking 500 mg. 2x/day of both Saw Palmetto & Wild Yam. After only 5 weeks, I'm almost 1 cup larger!! No side effects or other weight gain.

Don't know why breast size is a big problem. It would be the least of some people's problems.

Troy, so far so good w/ the 2 herbs I'm using. No side effects or weight gain elsewhere. In doing some research, I read that some of the other herbs such as don quai pose possible side effects. In reading about Saw Palmetto & Wild Yam, for breast enhancement, they are supposed to be the most effective. Plus they are inexpensive.

I've read that Saw Palmetto can be very dangerous for pregnant women, or if the woman gets pregnant while taking it, since it blocks the action of testosterone (and if the baby is a boy, it can be very bad).
