ok, question about skin now..
in two spots I have white blotches of skin. I only even saw one doc about it and he didnt seem to care at all mumbled somthing about not a problem (he doesnt really speak english so much) and that was that. I have heard things about the skin lacking somthing... umm and also birth marks... but i only got them since like... puperty I would have to guess. You wouldnt even know they were there (they dont FEEL like anything, not bumpy.. nothin) just very very pale almost white skin blotches!! I knew a guy in little school who had it on his hands.. never asked what it was though!!
anyways, any input??
thanks

The skin is lacking natural pigment (melanin) in those particular spots. This is not normally a problem unless they begin to get larger and cover more of the skin area. If they become larger and cover more and more of your skin, it could be Vitiligo. Vitiligo is a permanent condition where the skin will lose melanin and it is not replaced.
