Hi,
Yucky topic I know. But I have recently lost 40 kilograms (still got about 15 kilo's to go). It has taken me a while and I have done it properly. But I am kinda worried thank my skin will stay loose, especially on my stomach and upper arms. I have stretched skin as I was very big for my size and am scared that even after I lose the other 15 Kilos the skin will just hang there. I am in my 20's so I thought I would still have elasticity in my skin, but I dont know. I havent done any exercise while I have lost the weight. Will weights eventually tone up this loose skin? If so any suggestions. Really need to know coz its getting me down thinking I have done all this and come so far just to have loose skin at the end of it. Thanks guys for your help

Try not ot get too down. i had the same problem so i did some research and found that the best way to tighten up loose skin while losing weight is to lift weights. I've lost close to 50 pounds over the past six months and since i started lifting weights three months ago my skin is definitely tightening up. I'm hoping that it will continue to tighten as I get to my goal weight. I have forty pound more to go. Actually probably more like thirty, but forty is my ultimate goal.
