Hi, all! Just wanted to inform anyone who may be interested that hasn't heard yet that the FDA announced today they're putting a ban on supplements containing Ephedra. They've linked the drug to numerous deaths and a government study shows the product causes serious heart palpitations.

I hope everyone who is taking anything with Ephedra will stop, and anyone taking any other kind of drug to lose weight will realize that these supplements are not safe. The old adage still rings true- If it sounds to good to be true...

Here's to good health for everyone! :)

Yep, you got that right.

It's been banned and that's a very good thing. I've read online how some are going into a panic because of this but it's a postive thing to happen. It has caused too many deaths and serious health problems, therefore, it must be pulled from the market. I never thought it was good for you anyway, most diet pills aren't a good idea, so if you can, stay away from them.
