Since ephedra is on the way out once and for all ... I thought it might be a good time to reintroduce the question about Hot Rox. It seems somebody randomly posts a question about the supplement from time to time but it never stirs any real responses. I'm guessing this will be the same but what's the harm in trying?

Has anyone tried it and had results? For the price they have tagged on it at GNC, I'm guessing a lot of people are waiting to hear what others think. I know I'm not the only one on this board trying to find out more about it. And before anyone jumps on the whole "diet supplements are bad, lose weight naturally" wagon ... many of us know it's not always that simple. I'm not looking for a miracle pill ... just a boost over the plateau. I've lost 80 pounds the old fashioned healthy way and have been stuck at 165 lbs. for about a year and a half. Nothing seems to be charging the old metabolism onward these days. If not Hot Rox, any other recommendations???

The thing is, if they worked, wouldn’t they be on the front page of every newspaper in the world? “Here! Here! Read all about it! A pill that will help you lose weight without any effort on your part!” It would be the biggest news of all time. :) The people who invented it would be rich beyond belief. They wouldn’t need to sell it for megabucks at GNC.

That is just the kind of comment I wasn't looking for. As I said in my post, I'm not looking for a miracle drug ... just a supplement. I eat right, strictly adhere to a nutritional guide and I exercise. I spend at least 5 days a week at the gym. I do cardio, weight training and meditative exercises. I do not rely on diet pills to steer my weight loss and in 4 years I lost 80 pounds ... the good ole' fashioned slow but steady method. I rely on myself for weight loss but as I said, sometimes people hit a plateau and need a boost. I have not found that boost to date and was hoping someone might have something (more than sarcasm) to offer. I'm sure your comments, Lindarella, are well-intended and I do not mean to sound so negative. But I have spent years struggling with weight loss and fad diets. For years I have worked to change my lifestyle when it comes to food and diets. I am now focused on the last 30 lbs. and am having trouble jump-starting the weight loss. I am not a fad dieter. Nor am I a lazy one. So as I asked in my original post, if anyone has tried Hot Rox, I would appreciate your feedback on the product. I'm just looking for people who have tried it. If it helped, great! If not, I'd like to know that too.

Thanks.

I know that you are looking for info on Hot Rox, however, I thought I would tell you about Cortislim. I hit a plateau also and just could not shake the last 20 pounds from my baby weight (8 years ago). It took about 30 days for me to see the results on the scale but I felt thinner after about a week. Then one day I weighed myself and I had lost 13 pounds. This stuff has no caffine, no ephedra and I would not be telling you about it if it did not work for me. I also eat well and exercise. I hope that you find what you are looking for...

Sincerely,

I have been using Hot Rox for over a month and have had GREAT results. I love the fact that it doesn't make me jittery. I still get energy from it, but not the crazy ephedra boost. I know the price is steep, but it is worth it. Also, when I forst tried it, I got a friend to 1/2 bottle w/ me in case we didn't like it so it didn;t seem like we were shelling out $89. Good Luck

I searched on the internet and found them for $49 - also available on ebay, thought this might be useful for those wanting to try it
Good Luck! :bouncing:
