I met with a personal trainer about a month ago and during the consultation she did all these different tests and measurements on me. At the end she said 'You're not nearly as big as you think, You are all water' She went on saying that most people are not as full of water as I am.

She said that I was full of fluid...I didnt know what to say cause I don't know what that means

I have noticed though lately that my watch leaves an indention for almost an hour after I take it off and my socks leave marks for a few hours after I take them off...

You think something might be wrong, or maybe my salt intake is to high???

I never put extra salt on anything, just whats in it already.

I had a physical and lab tests a few months ago and everything cked out great

Im just wondering what this whole water weight thing really means...

any insight can help and how can I loose this 'extra bloating' or whatever Lisa was talking about.

I have the same problem on the socks. I went to the doctor and he told me it was the salt intake. He said if I eat out that there is alot of salt in the foods that we do not realize. He told me to drink alot of water, I do not like water yuk!!!! He also gave me a water pill and that really works, I only take it when I really need it. Hope this helps.

Some people are just predisposed to hold water. These are the people who suffer swollen ankles etc after a long day. Water drinking is the best way to flush water. If it becomes a problem there are pills called diuretics that can be used either by prescription or over the counter(Not sure how well these work otc). Taking these should only be done when necessary not for a little water. They can cause an electrolite imbalance. As you are aware I am against using pills unless medically necessary. Everytime you put a pill in your mouth for one problem you will usually cause another even if you don't see the manifestation.
I would suggest drinking alot of water daily and see where that leaves you .
Good luck
