Heres the thing. Im 17 and I weigh about 110 lbs, but Im also only about 5 foot 5...so its not like I'm unhealthy or anything. Lately I've been putting on some weight, I guess not a lot, but about 5-7 lbs.(in the last month) I dont know if maybe its just me growing, or if its that I've been eating more and its catching up with me. I just was wondering if you guys knew of any ways of losing just a little weight, so I can get back to my normal self! Any suggestions would be great! thanks.

The ideal weight for you would be 120 -125. I know that most of us would like to fall a little under this.
Just start watching what you are eating and try to eat healthy Do not begin the rollercoaster of fast weight loss and then regaining.
You are young enjoy life and do not obsess about this.
Good luck

I dont know if you have the time or whatever but if u wanted, then you could jog in the mornings. Running is the greatest way to burn the calories that you build up throughout the day. Also, if you want, you can do crunches everyday which will improve the look of your abs. I also think that you should watch what you eat as the person above said.

I'm not sure where you're getting your numbers, but I'm 2.5 inches taller than her, and I'd consider 120-125 MY ideal (though for me I wouldn't want to get under 120), so I think her wanting to weigh 105 or whatever she's aiming for may be within a reasonable range. She may be very small boned, have not a lot of muscle mass, etc. It's hard to say.
To the OP, I'll just say it's simple - eat less/exercise more. That's it. "They" want us all to THINK it's so complicated to lose weight because it's a HUGE cash cow - a multi billion dollar industry "helping" people to lose weight. But for most of us, it's simply about eating less and upping our activity level, and our extra pounds will melt away.

There is no chart to identify every individual circumstance however The accepted guidelines are as follows for 5'--100 pounds add 5 pounds for every inch over 5 feet.
So at 5'5' it would be 125 however most of us would like to be a little below hence 120-125
