Thank you for responding to my previous questions on candida. I am on a strict diet now for the past few days but I feel very tired and just generally worse than before. Do you tend to feel worse before you start to feel better?

When you kill off candida, it does reabsorbed in your system and I agree with Liz it will give you a reaction-- like fatigue but thank goodness you are not getting the full blown Herx. reaction-- that is like the flu.
So, just hang in there it'll be over in a while. That's what you have to do!!!
