i just ha surgery. I'm very nervous someone will bump in to me! Am i going nuts??? OR am i perinoid! lol i kinda need some talking too! plz help!

You're not nuts. Nor are you paranoid.
It's very NORMAL to feel extra sensitive and vulnerable after any kind of surgery. You're body has been through a trauma, not to mention your emotions.
Give yourself some time. As you heal (what kind of surgery did you have?), you'll start to relax more.
Sounds to me like you are not over-reacting at all. Take it slow...
