Can I, in Arnold's bodybuilding book it says you can, but I would like to hear it from the people. Thanx

I would say no. Just because like all the other muscles in your body, they need rest. So if you work them hard, give them a days rest. Sometimes I'll do abs for 3 days in a row and rest for 2, so on and so forth...

Thanx, Arnold's ways of bodybuilding have always been strange. To get in shape for T3 he did the same lower body exercise 6 days a week. I don't know how he could do it. Thanx again for the tip

If you do your abs everyday, do them with variation.

Work your abs extremely hard one day...until failure.
next day, do a light workout
next day do another medium workout
then you do the extremely hard one again.

the biggest thing is to make sure not to be repetitive with workouts everyday. Also pain attention to your body, if your hurting, take a a break.
