Has anyone tried this? I saw it on an infomercial last night. I am very skeptical of any new ab machines/contraptions as they are usually bunk (for example the electronic belts, ab rollers, those wheels etc) I have always done crunches and pilates to work my abs. But this machine actually looks like it might work. And it also explains that you must lose fat off the stomach to expose the abs and recommends a cardio workout, which other ab machines never mention this important info. I would like to hear if anyone here has used this and what kind of results you got. Thanks!!

Abs are made in the kitchen. You probably do well developed abs, but you can use all the gizmo's and gadgets in the world but you won't see them until you change your diet. Cardio is a great way to bring your body fat down and improve your metabolism. But remember to include weights in your persutes. The more lean muscle your body has, the more fat they will burn. As for gadgets...doing properly executed crunches can produce better results than any machine out on the market. There are many websites out there that will show you how to properly do them. Save your money, don't buy the product.
