Rubber band ligation 4 hemorrhoids? Has anyone had this done? Did it help? Were there any complications? Can anyone suggest a way to get rid of my hemorrhoids? I have had them for over a year straight. I completly stoped exercising and eat enough fiber to kill an elephant. Prep H did absolutly nothing at all.
